CAPPAssurance Global resources have provided advisory services and internal audit for Canadian and International high tech sector clients with global reach. We have for one undertaken implementation of ISO 14001 and 45001 based Environment Health and Safety Management System for sites in Netherlands, Germany, Mexico, India and USA to work toward global certification under corporate certificates. For another firm with sites in Canada, USA, Germany, France, Sweden, and Switzerland, CAPPAssurance Global resources have managed the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 based management system for Quality and Environmental Management including through a merger with a firm of equivalent size assets and processes which require integration of the separate legacy management frameworks into one unified system. The efforts have enabled the firms to manage operational risk as part of their overall growth and informed their Environment Social and Governance (ESG) reporting strategies.

Public Sector
For a Canadian public sector client, CAPPAssurance Global resources provided advisory services for the redevelopment of a legacy quality assurance framework and for fundamental re-design and rationalisation of the documentation architecture of the organisation to conform to ISO 9001:2015 in a sustainable format that would also meet the intent of ISO 22301 for key elements. This included development of a roadmap for the system restructure and concept process documents to communicate and achieve agreement before undertaking process and governance re-development of core and support processes. In addition, a framework of product / service and process metrics were re-designed, as well as a dashboard for senior management review and reporting. The project was completed on budget (220K), with positive feedback from Directors General and the Assistant Deputy Minister of the organisation.
